  • Can I add an item or change my order after I have placed it?
    Once you are in receipt of your order confirmation email, your order will have a unique order number. If you wish to amend your order please contact us quoting this number were we would be happy to help.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    We are sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will be happy to arrange this for you. If we are unable to cancel your order as it is almost ready or has been dispatched don't worry you still maybe able to return these items to us. Please see our returns policy. However, if your order is for personalised or custom made items this is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • I haven't received my order?
    Please drop us an email with your order number and we will be happy to look into this for you.
  • Can I return an item I have purchased?
    Most items can be returned for a refund or exchanged. Please see our Returns page for full details.
  • I have received my order but you have been sent the wrong item?
    We messed up and are really sorry about that. Sometimes mistakes are made but don't worry we will put that right. Just drop us an email with your order number and the details (if possible a photo).
  • I have received my order but an item is damaged/faulty?
    If your item is damaged or faulty don't worry we want you to be happy. Just send us an email with your order number and as much detail as possible and we will put this right. Please do also include a photo of the item including its original packaging.
  • Can I collect my order directly from your premises?
    Sorry no. We are an online retailer only, we deliver all orders direct to our customers.
